That was awesome! It would be even more awesome if you used a dedicated sound recorder. I have a Tascam DR-40. I'll be in Manhatten Oct 11th-14th. If you want I could come by and demo it for you. You could be the one with the cool tools! I just happen to work in film, but the recorder and camera are pretty easy to learn. You do have to lay out a bit of cash though.

Yeah, not in my budget. I just started working again, as a machinist... hopefully, over time, the pay will become more reasonable. Especially in the fields I'm interested in.
